At First Fruits Roasting, our commitment is to deliver the freshest coffee possible. This means we roast your beans to order, and our shipping process is designed to get that peak freshness from our roaster to your door as efficiently as possible.
Order Processing & Roasting Time
Our coffee is not sitting on a shelf. We roast every batch fresh to order to ensure you experience "The Soul of the Harvest" at its absolute best.
Please allow 1-3 business days for us to roast, grind (if requested), and package your order with care. You will receive an email notification as soon as your order has been fulfilled and is ready for shipment.
Shipping & Estimated Delivery
Once your order is fulfilled, it is shipped directly to you.
Shipping Carrier: We ship all domestic orders via USPS.
Estimated Transit Time: Once shipped, USPS typically takes 1-3 business days for delivery.
Combining our roasting and shipping times, you can expect your coffee to arrive within an estimatedÂ
2 to 6 business days from when you place your order.
Order Tracking
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number. You can use this number to check your order's status and see its estimated delivery date. Please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
Shipping Costs
Domestic (USA):
We are pleased to offer complimentary free shipping on all domestic orders, with no minimum purchase required.
International:
At this time, we do not ship internationally. This decision allows us to ensure that every bag of coffee we send out meets our high standards for freshness and arrives at your door quickly, preserving "The Soul of the Harvest."
Important Notes
All timeframes are estimates and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to weather, holidays, or unforeseen carrier issues.
"Business days" are Monday - Friday, excluding federal holidays.
Please ensure your shipping address is correct. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
