What If Something Isn't Right?
While we work hard to ensure every order is perfect, we understand that issues can sometimes arise. Our guarantee covers any order that has a clear quality issue or was mishandled during its journey to you.
Please reach out to us if you experience any of the following:
- Your order arrived damaged in transit.
- You received an incorrect item in your order.
- You are not satisfied with the quality of your coffee.
Our Process for Making It Right
Please email our support team at info@firstfruitsroasting.com within 7 days of receiving your order, and we will be happy to help.
To ensure a speedy resolution, please include the following in your email:
- Your Order Number.
- A brief description of the issue.
- A photo of the product & packaging (this is especially helpful for resolving issues with damaged or incorrect items).
Once we receive your email, our team will review the information and work with you to issue a full refund to your original payment method or send a replacement product at no additional cost.
Exceptions / Non-Refundable Items
Please note that we cannot accept returns or issue refunds on sale items or gift cards.
A Note on Returns
As coffee is a perishable food product, we are unable to accept physical returns. The integrity and safety of our coffee is paramount, and for the safety of all our customers, we cannot restock or resell any coffee that has been out of our care. Our refund and replacement process is the best way to resolve any issues while ensuring these quality standards are met.
