My "why" is everything.

I'm a registered nurse, and I founded First Fruits Roasting from my passion for service and my love for exceptional coffee and tea. This business is an extension of my calling—a mission to serve others, honor God, and deliver the highest quality in every cup.

Rooted in Gratitude. My work begins as an act of worship. Inspired by the principle in Proverbs 3:9, I am called to honor God by offering my "first fruits." This means my very best—in my craft, my coffee, and my teas—is given as an act of gratitude.

Committed to Excellence. My company's name is my promise. "First Fruits" isn't just a name; it's my unwavering standard for quality. Coffee and tea leaves are meticulously sourced specialty-grade coffee beans and premium teas. Coffee beans are roasted to perfection only after you place your order, and teas are selected for their vibrant flavors.

Called to Serve. As a nurse, I know the heart of a servant. I’ve personally seen the sacrifices of our frontline heroes and am honored to give back by donating $1 from every single sale to the Texas Nurses Foundation, supporting the nurses who tirelessly care for our communities.
